This event is an annual tribute to the late Theodore Logan, the first African American warden in the state of Oklahoma and one of the founding members of this organization.
The National Association of Blacks in Criminal Justice (NABCJ) is a non-profit, non-partisan, multi-ethnic organization of criminal justice professionals and community leaders dedicated to improving the administration of justice at the local, state, and federal levels.
